The management team checked with us a few times to see if we needed anything. We gave it 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) Noise - between the ongoing repairs to the complex from a tornado this summer and very noisy neighbors upstairs, it was hard to get decent rest. It was noisy all hours of the day and night. 2) Uncomfortable Living Room Space - the living room was uncomfortable and not conducive to family time or playing games. Didn’t know that until 2 days before we got there so it was too late to find somewhere else to stay. Room was on the third floor with no elevator. Didn’t know that until 2 days before we got there. The grounds were trashed by other people staying there. The sofa was like sitting on bricks. Neighbors were up until 5 and 6 am having parties so we had no sleep because the walls are paper thin. The fridge sounds like it’s on its last leg. The beds were comfy. So basically if you only sleep there with ear plugs you’ll be fine. Tried to communicate our concerns with management and nothing was done so here is my review! I would not stay here again. ##### Jami F. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a great view of the bay. We enjoyed the amenities including games and Netflix to wait out the afternoon rain.
