Quaint Beach Condo with Bay Views, Covered Parking, Pool, Bay Beach -Baywatch C4

This cute, colorful and charming first floor walkup condo is a great place to stay with the family. The white sand beaches on the Pensacola Bay are just steps away. The calm bay waters are great for the younger family members. The Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk with access about one block from the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 opens to the living room. Both have water views. The living room has a comfy furniture to make watching the big game on the flat panel television enjoyable. Enjoy dinner with a view at the table on the 96 sq ft deck.

The condo will sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom had a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The sofa makes into a queen-size bed for extra guests.

It was okay for what we needed it for. The location is what made it more enjoyable. Bathroom could definitely use some updating toilets ran all night. Toilet seat in master is like an elementary school bathroom so small. But overall we were pleased.

It was the best, relaxing and quietest place I have been in a while. Nothing better than sitting on the porch with a cup of joe and watching the ducks, pelicans and snowy egrets to start my mornings and relaxing at night. Restaurants nearby are awesome and very affordable, while cooking at the condo was perfect because they had everything you would need to produce a decent meal. Overall AAA and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! The management of the property (Surfside Properties) was more than accomodating for me as I arrived after their work hours, yet they made sure that everything was ready for me to just start my vacay as soon as I walked through the door. Bid kudos to them and the owner of the condo. Hope to deal with them soon.

It was a very nice location and walking distance to beach access. The fan didnt work in the main bathroom and we had to wait a couple hours for a warranty worker to come "fix" a part on the washing machine, but those were the only complaints. Parking was covered and a sand wash station before going back upstairs was convenient! It was nice to have a washer/dryer. We will definitely be back!

Great location...

We have stayed at this property several times, this was our first in this particular unit. The location is across the street from the gulf, backs up to the sound, you have the best of both. The unit was first floor, clean and has covered parking which is always a plus. Great for couples or a small family.

Good time, good stay, some work needed.

I understand the storm damage but just some few items indoors needing repairs. Main bedroom closet door was impossible to open and off the rail. Main toilet struggled to flush and both showers very slow to drain. Other than that, it was a good rental. The property management team was outstanding!! Loved the cookies! Nice touch.

This property was hit by tornadoes just a few days before we checked in. The staff kept us informed as they checked for damage. Luckily the condos were fine, but there was damage to the balconies, bridges, etc. Everything was roped off and safe. The staff was amazing, condo was very nice and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Toilet and bath in master bedroom, slow draining poor flushing. Refrigerator has broken bar on door to hold things in place as well as cracked ice box for ice cubes. Sleeper sofa didn’t have hardly any cushion to it and closet. Doors in master bedroom were ridiculous and need to be replaced, also on the balcony, there are two plastic chairs that are both broken and anyone who sits down in one will probably end up flat on his dairy air

No Worries Here! Clean,Quiet and Affordable! Sam was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. She gave us the most delicious cookies and well wishes for our trip home. Definitely coming back to Pensacola and staying here!
