Home is within easy walking and biking distance to all area attractions. "Beach Cottage" is the perfect little house for a small family, couples, or anyone looking for a simple, yet memorable vacation. This cozy home can sometimes be over shadowed by the larger homes in the area. But that's what we love about it. Outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach. Outdoor picnic table and charcoal grill. 2 beach bikes, wheeled cooler, beach cart, beach chairs and beach toys for you to use during your stay! Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. This wonderful beach cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer! Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. You need to know: Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Important Information: Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years. Snowbird Rentals Accepted Other things to note: While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets. In the interest of caution, and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence. The outside shower was nice to rinse off sand after the beach trips. The storage area has all the beach stuff you need. The deck around back is shaded part of the day which was nice too. The host was very helpful during our visit and let us know when the Blue Angels were about to fly over which was really awesome to see. Beach access was a convenient 1-2 minute walk and the house was well-equipped with chairs and things you could take down to the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off. When an appliance failed during our stay, the property manager was quick with communication and went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't inconvenienced while they were (very promptly!) getting the appliance replaced. She was also great about letting us know about special events happening around Pensacola Beach and making sure that we got the most out of our trip. I wish I could have given it an excellent. Donna was amazing and answered all my questions and was quick to assist when the back porch light didn't come on. That being said there were a few things. The return air vent was gross. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs turned and the headboard bangs off the wall every time you move. The water was relatively warm turned all the way up so the shower was uncomfortable as well as not being able to turn the heat up as requested. I was disappointed that the bicycle was buried in the back of the shed. I am pretty efficient but didn't feel like unpacking the shed to get to it for the beautiful 55 degree day. That being said the labels were very helpful. The beach was beautiful and I was able to walk for hours. I know my booking was last minute and I appreciated Donna being able to accommodate me. The cottage is decorated adorable and Donna hasn't missed one thing. I was sad to see Geronimo's closing. Considering what I paid for 3 nights I wish it had been a little less disappointing. I did take out the trash and start the dishwasher as requested, but I think I left something in the freezer. I hope the cleaner found it. This cute beach cottage was packed with tons of surprises and was more than we could have expected. Being cozy and a short skip to the beach was just the icing on the cake. This beach house was in a great location to shopping, food and experiences. Definitely want to book another stay here soon. Spent a lot of time at the beach, but the outdoor shower to the bathroom really helped with the control of sand. Enough space for us to have our separate places along with the outdoor area for us adults and kids inside when needed. Had everything we could have needed for a summer beach house for the week and owner, Donna, was extremely tentative, polite, and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying here. The walk to the beach want far but it was all sand no walkway. If you went the other direction a bit further you can walk on a mat to the beach. The host was AWESOME!
