Welcome to Island View Paradise!

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Both bedrooms feature king beds and full, private bathrooms. The living room hosts two comfortable couches and a flat screen TV! An additional half bath can be found off the full kitchen. The unit has all the comforts of home located right on the beach!

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.

It ok

The property is NOT on the beach. If you are in building 5, it’s about a 10 min walk. Also, this unit DOES NOT face the beach and it’s not clearly explained in the description. The heated outdoor pool is amazing. The indoor pool is huge, but the building it’s in is dingy and we jokingly referred to it as the dungeon.

Absolutely beautiful condo and resort!

The condo was so beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Beautiful views, clean, very relaxing colors and decorations. We loved our stay. These are the things that I wished the listing description included: - Tower 5 is the furthest from the beach access that has pedestrian stop sign on the road, so it’s about a 5 - 7 minute walk through the resort, all the way to the entrance, then cross the street to get to the beach. It was a beautiful walk through the resort, which is very well maintained. So we actually enjoyed it. There is a shorter path, about a 2 min walk to the beach, but you would have to cross the street and there are cars going on both sides. That’s not safe with little ones and carrying beach gear. -bring your own beach towels. - loved the lifestyle center, pool and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely come back. Carrie was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

Quick trip to visit family.

We stayed here 4 nights to visit with family who live nearby. The condo was very spacious and comfortable sleeping 4 people. The main pool was a great spot for us to spend time with family who visited. The food at the pool restaurant was mediocre- so I recommend a shopping trip for lunch items to eat in the condo. Good experience overall, just shocked that Pensacola can charge nightly rates similar to hotels in Maui.

Spring Break Getaway

My three young children and I had a lovely stay this past week for Spring Break. Carrie's place was very clean and she was very responsive prior to booking and with any questions I had during our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us and the views of the bay were beautiful! Tower 5 does have a short walk to the beach, but my three children (7 and under) did great each day. We also loved the beach chair setup that is included with this booking! The heated pool and hot tub at our tower were both great after being on the beach all day. My kids love the beach, so we did not spend much time at the resort pool/lifestyle center, but for the maybe 45 min or so we were there one day we enjoyed. This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and we will definitely be back and would stay here again! Thanks, Carrie for a wonderful stay!
