This condo is perfect for family gatherings and is close to restaurants, entertainment, shops, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and the Beach Trolley. Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Check-in time: Between 3:00 and 5:00 Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Was super clean which is very important to us. The view is absolutely amazing. Love the decor. Primary bedroom bed is so comfortable. Beach service is included which is a huge plus for us. After visiting Pensacola for many summers, I have found my favorite place to stay! It was incredibly clean and had everything you’d need. The code was not hard to learn at all. Security at the resort is top notch. The elevators were quick until Good Friday but the resort got VERY busy that day and the next. Even then, it wasn't too long of a wait. The condo was very clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessities needed. The view was breathtaking!! This condo came with 2 beach chairs. The company that took care of us were very polite and courteous. We come to Pensacola every year to visit with family and this has been our favorite place so far and we will definitely want to stay here and this condo again. ##### Katrina B. I cannot say enough good things about it. There were lots of extra things that made it so nice….air fryer, hand soaps at each sink, and Pam just to name a few. We were in town for our nephews wedding and decided to stay beach side. This is a lovely property that is super well equipped with everything you would need for a seamless trip.
