This spacious two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offers 1,333 square feet of living space, including a 170-square-foot private balcony where you can take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Every room has a water view, so whether you’re cooking, lounging, or waking up in the morning, you’ll be surrounded by blue skies and sparkling water. Inside, you’ll find an open and airy floor plan, with a full kitchen, dining space, and living area designed for gathering. Both bedrooms include their own private bathrooms, plus there’s a convenient half-bath for guests. For your comfort, the condo is equipped with spacious closets, extra linens and pillows, a washer and dryer, and all the essentials to make you feel at home. At Portofino, you’ll enjoy resort-style amenities: Exclusive outdoor pool and whirlpool spa for Tower 1 Covered parking for your convenience Access to Portofino’s world-class lifestyle, including multiple pools, fitness center, spa, water sports, and beach access Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or just to unwind by the water, Tower 1–1103 puts you in the heart of the Portofino Island Resort experience. While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. I only wish the design of the building allowed you to see the sunrise and the sunset....but having both the Gulf side and the bay side from your balcony... chef's ! The beach was literally steps away and no chore at all. We biked one day to the secluded part of the beach...so beautiful and pristine and the amenities are so great!
