Watching nature from our balcony was a show almost every day; pelicans, rays, dolphins, peregrines and shorebirds appreciating the local fare as much as we did. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed. The ocean view is amazing. When booking through VRBO you will not have ANY contact with the owner. You will only receive check-in instructions via text message 24 hours before your arrival time and no other communication from the property management company. I appreciated the extra security but entering a 6 digit code every time you need to enter the property gate, building, pool area, etc. quickly became annoying. ##### Nicole R. The condo felt very homey and inviting.
