There is mold on the shower ceiling. The walls and front door are dirty. The kitchen was not very well equipped (no spatula). THe outdoor grill barely gets warm - plan an extra 45 minutes to grill a chicken breast or burger (this is true in all these units at Portofino). The can-opener was so old and corroded that it hardly worked. The most concerning part is that the dryer is a fire hazard because it never shuts off. ##### James L.
