The couch is old and dirty and uncomfortable. There is mold on the shower ceiling. The walls and front door are dirty. The kitchen was not very well equipped (no spatula). THe outdoor grill barely gets warm - plan an extra 45 minutes to grill a chicken breast or burger (this is true in all these units at Portofino). The can-opener was so old and corroded that it hardly worked. The most concerning part is that the dryer is a fire hazard because it never shuts off. ##### James L.
