Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room. Things to Know \*\*PLEASE BE ADVISED that the small pool is scheduled for resurfacing beginning January 5th and continuing through January 11th. During this period, the small heated pool will be closed to all residents and guests while this necessary maintenance is completed. As with any outdoor project, weather may affect these dates. \*\*PLEASE NOTE\*\* ​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks. Work Schedule and Site Activity • Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. • In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m. • Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation. Access and Wait Times During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion. We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. The condo is perfectly located on the beach and set up is so convenient. All units have an ocean view which is great for watching the sunset each day. You have private beach access and the complex has two pools and a large hot tub, which was a great setup. There is a company, La Dolce Vita, that provides chair and umbrella rentals daily from 9am until 4pm. It's expensive, but makes it easy and convenient if you don't want to lug everything to the beach daily. The condo came equipped with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen has utensils and other items needed. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony every day and watch the ocean or to sit inside on the couch and see dolphins swimming by. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The only occurrence we had was shortly after we arrived. We were sitting on the couch reading through the check-in information and someone knocked once and then just entered the condo. They stated they were with the cleaning company and needed to take pictures. Which would have been fine with us, but we would have appreciated that they gave us time to even answer the door instead of just barging in and didn't just state who they were and start walking around taking pictures. Other than that the condo was in extremely poor condition, non-working appliances, broken furniture tile missing from all over the kitchen counters cabinet paint peeling plexiglass on back of bar coming apart and screws sticking out, mold all around the tile around both bathrooms, no carpet or rugs at all in the living areas which is fine but there was sand from coming in from the beach and the vacuum was also broken. It's really a shame that they are able to get top got dollar for this condo, and we weren't given any notice of all the broken things until the day before we got there. Vacasa rep did say there was a temporary counter oven to replace the broken one and that they don't have the time or the ability to do any repairs because the owner would not approve it. We also put in a ticket to try to get a different rental but they never got back with us. All in all we had a great time anyway but it was a very sad unloved condo. Another issue if you're staying in this condo, there are 17 floors and only one working elevator so checking in and checking out was ridiculous. I did not realize I could have added pictures to this review because everyone should be able to see what it really looks like before they pay a lot of money to rent it ##### Rodney & Maureen W. Of course it needs to be updated, however I dont see that happening anytime soon. The stove has been listed as broken for a long time, which we knew about in advance, we didnt need to use it. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of bathroom towels, which is rare for condos. The bathrooms did need bath mats to step on after your shower, just a suggestion. August is a perfect time to visit Pensacola Beach, as the beach and surrounding area is not very crowded. We would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Carolyn A. The oven didn't work (we were informed of this, but not until long after we had reserved and paid for the unit), but that wasn't an issue for us, and I thought the blender more than made up for that. We rested well with the great pillows in the rooms, I would definitely come back again. ##### bobbi w. Nice and clean, beautiful views and people were easy to deal with.
