Welcome to The Diving Dolphin, a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo located in Emerald Isle Condominium complex \~DIRECTLY on Pensacola Beach, FL! This condo is located on the 5th floor of the building and overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico/ America (whichever you prefer!)! While staying at The Diving Dolphin, you will notice all of the newly installed appliances and upgraded counter tops which, coupled with the stylish decor of the condo, help you feel like you are at a home away from home... if only home had this view! In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, 2 night stands, television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a kid favorite with bunk beds that comfortably sleep 6 (twin trundle and top bunk and double bed at bottom) and a television. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony seating for everyone! Additional Features: \~ The Guest Bathroom is located in the hallway which has a vanity sink with a shower/tub combo. \~ The Dining Room has excellent views of the water when you are enjoying a nice breakfast or dinner, seating for 8! \~ The Living Room offers seating for the family. \~ Complimentary beach chair set up from March - October (2 beach chairs and an umbrella) \~ Starter amenities provided, which include: (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom (1) Roll of paper towels (4) Beach Towels (2) Trash bags (4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths) (1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom (1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens) (1) Starter set of laundry detergent (1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap (4) Keurig coffee pods \* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Pensacola Beach has many restaurants and shops (within walking distance!) for your enjoyment. There are also many place to rent boats, book sunset cruises and many more! This may be better suited for a family staying for a longer period of time wanting the great beach access. The location is great. However, the accommodations in the condo are just ok. The furniture all seemed to be very used. We sank into the loveseat when sitting. The bunk room is very small and the bed was shaky. My girls woke up every time one of them rolled over. While the linens were all clean, the condo felt very much like a worn out rental. View was great but the glass on the sliders were dirty. Management company was ok with communication. The condo itself was perfect. The location was perfect. The only problem was the check in process. The condo has a keypad on the front door, however the complex itself is gated and required a separate code that was sent via email, but I never received it till this today. Yes I checked my spam emails. Imagine yourself trying to contact the property managers on Christmas day. Huge hassle with family in tow. Luckily a resident let us in the complex and we made do. Hopefully the check in process can be smoother next time, cause I do think everything else was great with the condo. ##### John V. It was spacious enough for the family. It is well maintained and clean. My only wish is that we could stay longer. The beach chairs were ready for us as listed. The pool was clean and not crowded. The condo itself was clean and had such a comfortable feel to it. We loved that it was ocean front with a great view. The included beach chairs for our time at the beach was very much appreciated. Communication with the property owners was always quick, thorough, and consistent. The location was also great. Lots I’d restaurants and activities close by. Nothing was too long of a walk or drive so we just had a great time all around. An excellent experience overall and we really hope to come back again! ##### Alicia J. The views were amazing, and everything was very clean. It was close to the beach and great to have two chairs and an umbrella. It was also close to a number of restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again! The only negative was a noise at night we could hear from the master bedroom that could never be identified. ##### mary a.
