Welcome to this charming coastal retreat on the picturesque shores of Pensacola Beach. Nestled in a serene setting, one street from the beach, this newly constructed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home embodies the essence of coastal living with its modern comforts and beachside appeal. Step inside to discover a spacious retreat that has been thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind. The home boasts modern amenities and tasteful décor throughout ensuring a memorable stay for all. The master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and soaking tub providing the perfect oasis for unwinding after a day in the sun. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the second bedroom, a full bed in the third bedroom, and two twin over twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. The second full bath also contains a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. Gather together in the heart of the home – the kitchen – where a large island with bar stools offers the perfect spot for casual dining or socializing. High-end appliances include a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, beverage refrigerator, and countertop air fryer. Beach towels would have been helpful since they take so much room to pack for the flight. My son and his friend enjoyed the bikes and a quick 4 min walk to the beach.
