Having lived in the area for decades, we knew the minute we had the rare opportunity to have this premier unit as our own, we couldn't pass it up. Hopefully, you will come experience why we love this amazing beach property so much. The unit has been remodeled with no expense spared. From the plush living room furniture, to the beautiful artwork and one a kind pieces, the attention to detail make this a place like no other. Pour yourself a drink, relax on the balcony, and unwind to the rhythm of the waves. Watch the people coming and going, visiting the beach that is your home for the length of your stay. Send a selfie using our high speed wifi from the comfort of the balcony with the sugar white sand and crashing surf as your background. Maybe just stretch out on the sectional and watch a little TV. This was by far the best! Close proximity to gorgeous beach and beautiful views from living area and porch. We loved that is not a high rise, only 3 floors. The condo itself was a little older but newly redone and very cute. New kitchen including appliances, comfortable and clean furnishings, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. Great space and well equipped kitchen. The closest full-service grocery store is a bit of a drive (especially if there is beach traffic heading back) so arrive prepared. Be sure to pack beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra coffee, etc. ##### Meridith S. Only a couple minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping; so easy to get to, but a little bit away from crowds. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. You cannot be this view. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available to take to the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb, but that was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, TV and all the rooms, and all around just a great place to stay. I can’t wait to book it again when we come back! ##### Kristen M.
