The condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated and provisioned, the proximity to the beach is incredible, the balcony is awesome - it gives us everything we want and need in a Pensacola Beach getaway. The whole process for booking, checking in and checking out is so easy, and we were even able to check in a little early since we made better time arriving there than expected. The property was as described. Property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. We were very glad to have it as the gulf was closed our whole stay due to weather. The condo was the perfect setting for our long weekend! Clean, comfortable, and very convenient to all our favorite local spots, like Peg Leg's and Ft. Pickens. Only downside was poor TV cable reception. Even after a modern restart, both TVs were very slow to boot up/start, or respond to channel changes, and was always buffeting (reloading in middle of a program).
