Emerald Dolphin 610 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom highly requested 6th-floor corner condo across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with stunning panoramic views! You will love the floor-to-ceiling views everywhere you look in the living room area. The kitchen has an open concept so you can enjoy the gulf views while cooking a meal to remember! The dining table seats 6 and the high top seats 4 people. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite with balcony access which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The first guest room has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite and balcony access that overlooks the bay, and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Located in the living room there is a sleeper sofa. This condo allows 10 people to sleep comfortably. There is an in-house washer/dryer and free wifi for your convenience. One of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in! We have visited Pensacola Beach from Iowa, many times! A few times at the Emerald Dolphin, however, this was by far my most favorite booking! Beautiful views from every room, floor to ceiling windows, wrap around balcony with lots of seating. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Beautiful decor! It was home away from home! The only minor detail that made it feel less luxurious, was the thin and crunchy toilet paper and paper towels but that wouldn’t stop me from renting this condo in the future! Absolutely beautiful, even the kids were impressed! Thank you!

Great location and views but the condo was in need of a good cleaning out. Every drawer was a junk drawer, cabinets were packed full of random items and closets were filled with owners clothes and personal items. There was no where to put our things in the master bedroom. The site mentioned that the second bedroom was a king, but it was not. It looked like a double.

The view and location was great. A few things that were annoying for the price we paid per night was the front door was really hard to open and close. The master bedroom bed was hard as a board and was the loudest squeakiest bed I ever sleep in. The hot tub was closed most of our stay.

We came down for a quick beach trip while my daughter was at college orientation. The place was exactly as the pictures. The view was great, we sat out on the balcony all the time. We all said how nice it was and how we will come back. The only thing I could say was the front door sticks but once we figured it out it was all good. Plus we received a text letting us know about the door.

Condo was beautiful and plenty of room for 6 adults. Great location. Short walk across the street to the beach. Property managers were very quick to respond when we needed something.

#### Amazing & Beautiful!

This property was breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped condo that was spotless. Lots of room for the entire family. The gulf views and multiple balconies were our favorites. Amazing pool and short walk to the beach. Easy access and check-out procedures. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy the Fort Pickens area.
