Emerald Isle began a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of the building’s vertical transportation system August 2025\. This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work (Aug 2025- Winter & possibly Spring of 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Family-friendly with two outdoor pools, one of which is heated in the winter months. It's also walking distance to move restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.

#### Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, bright, and very roomy for the two of us. The balcony was awesome, 7th floor view of the beach was incredible! Navy fly-by was the best! Having a beach umbrella/chair setup each day included was another amazing perk. We loved the building, not too big and on the east end of the large condominium buildings in Pensacola Beach. Easy to get around and see the sights! This stays is one of our favorites of many in this area!!

#### Pensacola beach condo

#### Snowstorm of the century!

Very nice place, great view, cleanWe were there on January 21st for the biggest snowstorm in 130 years. Spent our entire visit inside. It was very comfortable for 4 adults.

#### Nice condo, great location

The condo was just as expected, based on the pictures show. I appreciated a few extra amenities that were in the condo that I have not seen in other condos, such as salt/pepper, pods for the washing machine and an extra roll of paper towels. The location was great, right on the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

This condo was really great - view, layout, balcony. The one thing that needs to be addressed is the KS bed. I needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable.

Beautiful view, very clean, pool was perfect and clean, I have two complaints…chair in living room was very uncomfortable and worn and needs a replacement, I would have taller chair and table outside to see over the railing. Blocks full view of ocean. I still would give all fives.

#### Fantastic Rental

The condo was exactly as advertised in listing. Clean and spacious rooms with an excellent view of the gulf. A bridge to the gulf shortens the walk in sugar white sands. It was a wonderful place to stay and will come back again.

#### On the beach from the balcony

We loved this property. Very clean. Walk in shower a plus. Love the remodel. The chairs & umbrella included such a benefit. Beds some of the most comfortable we have ever had at beach house. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook.

The place was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was just as mentioned in the listing and also had the cutest little gift basket for the holiday. The unit had everything we needed and more with the starter kits. I would definitely recommend this place and also stay here again. Wonderful location, friendly people and a great environment for friends and family. :))

#### Beautiful beachside location, close to all the activities and restaurants.

Traveled with three generations and there was something for everyone. My mother enjoyed the rocking chair on the balcony. My girls loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit. Only recommendation to owner would be to change out the mattress on the sofa bed. My girls ended up sleeping only on the couch that had plenty of room.

#### Amazing Gulf View

This beautiful property was recently remodeled. The interior design is nice, clean, and fresh. As is typical with Emerald Isle properties, the balcony and pools are some of the wonderful perks to enjoy. The balcony provides a terrific view of the Gulf, sunrises, and sunsets. The condo is located very near shopping, restaurants, and even a convenience store. Standing half a mile from Pensacola Beach Pier, the condo is a marvelous place to kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer.

Our stay was almost perfect. The only thing I would’ve changed is having a new mattress/bed in the master/main bedroom. There was a new one in the guest room which was extremely comfortable but was sad ours was not. Hopefully it’s updated for next time.

#### Anniversary getaway

My husband and I came to Pensacola beach for a quick anniversary getaway. The condo and beach were exactly what we needed. The property is very well maintained and clean. The heated pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and we were impressed with the size of the fitness room. No free weights but several cardio options and a universal weight machine. Enough for us while we were on vacation. The beach is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We’ll be back!

Property and location are perfect. Have stayed in the Emerald Isle building many times over the years. Was a little frustrated that the water to the building was shut off on one of the days of our stay. And that was poorly communicated since the day was switched last minute. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

#### Great ladies weekend

The condo was nice, clean & in great location HOWEVER the master bedroom needs blackout curtains. Every morning the sun woke us up 6:30am. Mattress are just ok & living room could use extra seating. The kitchen was nice & have all energy efficiency appliances which were quiet. The kitchen was full stocked with dishes, pots, pans & everything needed for full meals. Would stay again.

The unit was nice and clean. Great location on Pensacola Beach. Worked great for us as we were working remotely while spending time on the beach. Wifi was great. Property manager was great to work with. All the info we needed was in the condo upon arrival. Only draw back... there were no beach chairs in the condo for use on the beach. There is an umbrella and floating and toys for the beach, just no beach chairs. You can rent some, but all vacation rentals I have stayed in before have had these available.

#### July Beach Trip 2019

The Emerald Isle complex was very nice. The condo (702) was everything we needed and more. It looks just like the pictures online. The beach towels from Beach Bum were a nice added touch. We always bring our own but were able to wash ours and pack them away a day early. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied with everything you need. It was just a nice overall time. The only complaint would be the front door was very peculiar when you were trying to come and go as well as the gate to the beach. Those aren't specific to Beach Bum but enough complaints are made maybe they can be fixed. We had no issues with the elevators as I read from some previous reviews. Would definitely use Beach Bum again when coming to Pensacola.
