Loved the location of Baywatch with views of the Bay and easy access to the beautiful Gulf beaches. However, I was a little disappointed that we were on a 3rd floor condo, with no elevator. It was not a huge issue for me, but I could see where it might be for a typical 69-year old! Would’ve been nice to know when the reservation was being considered. Also, our condo could use some deeper cleaning and some refreshing of surfaces, including floors and bathroom areas. Furniture had some grimy, grungy areas that were not pleasant. Bottoms of drapery panels in living area were badly soiled and floor around sliding glass door also looked very dirty. Dishwasher worked well, but had a musty odor after use. Some minor broken things, furnishings reported to property management already. ##### Rosario C.
