Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to the home and were happy with the cleanliness and updated features of the house. The location was great, just down the street from the beach. Not a long walk at all. The one thing I will say that was not great was that the back deck seems to be older. The railing on the back stairs fell off while one of my family members were walking down. It did not seem to even be secured and the poles were falling out before the incidence happened. Overall we had a great time and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The house was well equipped and move in ready. Location to beach was great. Two small things...needs a wall clock and an awning or cover over back porch. Deck becomes very hot...difficult to walk on bare feet. Planning on another stay next year at same location....maybe a pool will be there or some grass in backyard ...making it more family friendly. Only option was inside or the beach...on a longer vacation other things to do without having to go into town would be nice. Overall a great house.
