Looking for an upscale beach condo with fabulous views? This is it! The owner spared no expense on this unit which includes upscale fixtures, furnishings and furniture. The kitchen is perfect to prepare meals for dining in. The kitchen flows into the living and dining room. This great gathering spot boasts a 1920s oversized French mirror, beautiful pine dining table that seats 4 and a comfy leather sectional. The large master suite is an incredible retreat with well-appointed furniture, king sized bed, balcony access, and remote-control darkening blinds. Leading to the master bathroom are four closet sliding doors restored from 1880s Mediterranean pine doors. Relax in the subway tile 2-head shower and appreciate the marble floating vanity. The guest bedroom also has access to the balcony, a queen bed and remote-control darkening blinds. The guest bathroom is a full bath including a marble floating vanity. There is an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. This condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The 430 sq ft wrap around balcony is where you will gather to watch sunrises over the Gulf, sunsets on the Sound and one of the best vantage points for the Blue Angel airshow. Access to the beach (gulf side) is an easy walk and the beach was never crowded down by the condo. The condo has clean and comfortable! The master shower had really cool shower heads. The kitchen is well equipped and we cook most nights at the condo. My only recommendation is to have access to beach chairs and an umbrella for the guests since we couldn’t bring those on the plane. We even found a bag of cookies and a note from the property management on our door on our last day! We highly recommended Surfside Property Management. The details put into this place are amazing. Everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. The master shower has 10 shower heads!
