This lovely barn conversion boasts panoramic views of the picturesque countryside, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation. Ideal for couples and small families to recharge their batteries.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Tumble dryer (shared with other properties on site.) Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced large pond in the grounds.. Nestled in a quaint hamlet in Trenoweth, Stable Barn is a charming two-bedroom barn conversion on the ground floor offering a delightful retreat for those seeking a serene escape. The property seamlessly blends modern comfort with rustic charm, providing an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that invites a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior exudes a cosy ambiance, with the communal space designed to foster togetherness. The kitchen is equipped for culinary adventures, and the adjoining living area is perfect for relaxation, complete with comfortable furnishings. Natural light floods the space, creating an airy feel that complements the rustic aesthetic of the barn conversion. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms offer peaceful sanctuaries, making this accommodation ideal for small families or couples. A well-appointed family bathroom adds to the convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.From the meadows you can see panoramic views towards Falmouth Bay and The lizard Peninsula and nearby Argal Lake. There are mown walkways around the wild flower meadows for guests to enjoy as well as a large pond with attractive wildlife. A large communal lawn is available for socialising and relaxing a BBQ is available for guest use. No parking in front of the properties, this is for dropping off only, ample parking is provided in the gravelled parking area at the entrance.  
  
Situated within walking distance of a welcoming local pub, residents can enjoy the community spirit of the hamlet. The property’s proximity to a large supermarket ensures easy access to daily essentials, while the charming towns of Penryn and Falmouth are a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. A large field shared among other properties on-site properties ideal setting for leisurely walks, creating a sense of community among residents.  
  
There is so much to do in the area, spend a day in the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, wander around the cobbled streets overlooking the harbour, and walk around Pendennis Castle admiring the stunning scenery. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the location offers a plethora of activities. The renowned Trebah and Glendurgan gardens, as well as the impressive Trelissick House and Gardens managed by the National Trust, provide opportunities for exploration and appreciation of nature’s beauty.
