Will NEVER rent at a Vacasa managed property ever again. Owner should fire Vacasa. Walking through the house it seemed clean but we quickly discovered tiny little black bugs crawling over the head of the bed. When we looked closer, they were on the floor as well. We were so disgusted, my husband and I left to stay at a hotel. We contacted their property managing company “Vacasa” and they denied a refund because it’s a country property. Their exact email was “we will not be able to offer any compensation at this time due to home is located in the country areas and flies and bugs are naturally expected”. ##### Ashley H. Property is renovated from top to bottom. Very clean and fresh from furniture to linens. Gourmet kitchen, huge washer dryer. Feels remote in that it’s quiet and serene but is 5 mins to a town with restaurants and groceries and 8 mins to hwy that takes you to Napa or St Helena areas. We enjoyed the rural setting and being greeted by goats, horses, and cows on our way to the house. The house is lovely and very clean and well maintained. It worked perfectly for a girls' wine country weekend. We could easily get to Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, and Russian River Valley wineries. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Dawn H.
