Situated on the coveted west side of Seneca Lake, our cottage is located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the region as you sip on local wines and indulge in the flavors of the Finger Lakes.  
  
Step outside onto our expansive 50-foot deck, where you can bask in the beauty of the lake and soak up the serenity of your surroundings. With two permanent docks, you have ample space to fish, swim, or embark on thrilling water adventures like kayaking and paddleboarding. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging on the dock, reading your favorite book, or simply savoring a cup of freshly brewed coffee while the majestic sunrise unfolds before your eyes.
