Enjoy exceptional privacy, separated from neighbors by the creek with its retaining wall to the north and over 150ft of shoreline to the south neighbor. Water enthusiasts will love our two kayaks available for guest use. All necessary equipment is provided—oars and life jackets in various sizes are stored at the house, so you can safely enjoy the lake without bringing your own gear. There are 73 steps down from the roadside to the house. A seasonal dock is provided from Memorial Day Weekend until October 1st. Weather permitting. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. We found a baby gate that made the porch a great hang out spot in between swims. Enjoyed kayaking, grilling, and nightly fires in the fire pit. Also loved the swing and hammock. Appreciated the nicely appointed bathroom and bedroom. Sep 27, 2024 #### Nice small cabin just a few feet off the lake Perfect for a couple or a small family, grill worked fine, fire pit is sufficient. My wife and I loved it for a weekend getaway. If you like fires i recommend bringing your own wood, you wont want to bring a lot since there is 70 steps. Fans are provided but be aware there is no AC, we got a bit warm trying to sleep. The one downside is the 70+ steps to get from your car to the house. Otherwise, it had everything I could’ve needed. The bathroom was a little outdated with a shower that could use some love. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a trip. It isn’t too far from lots of different places to spend the day. ##### Logan N. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy.
