The new house is located in a housing estate, is modern and nicely decorated. It features a spacious living area in an open concept, promoting gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) will allow you to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Then share convivial moments around the dining table and relax in the welcoming living room, with its blue sofa and colourful rug, ideal for a coffee break to chat or moments of relaxation in front of the television. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. The first, with a queen-size bed, is located on the ground floor, offering a restful white cocoon. The three other bedrooms, located upstairs, include two double beds, with attic rooms for two of them, and a last bedroom with two single beds. On sunny days, you will enjoy gathering in the recently landscaped garden to share breakfast, have fun with the children or simply enjoy a nap in the sun.
