"The staff here is amazing!!!! Big shout out out to bartenders Francisco. Such a great guy! While I have no major complaints, I didn’t like how all the restaurants required pants. Not even dress shorts were allowed and no speakers by the pool. I understand they were respecting everyone taste in music but consider we were at a adult resort, I thought they would be more flexible . The beach was amazing on the days it was clean but not the resorts fault. Would definitely recommend "

"We enjoyed our stay. The security was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, but we didnt like the balcony because there was no privacy between rooms. The was also very little in the way of entertainment at the pools. The vibe was really hum drum. Not exciting. The drinks were terrible, but the food was good."

"We typically love the Paradisus brand but have always stayed in the Reserve section. Now, with kids, we booked a regular room and it was disappointing. Midway through our trip, we were given a new room for reasons out of our control and it was much better and more comfortable. It really depends on what tower and room you are given. Our experience in Tower 2 wasn’t great but the rest of the resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing. "

"Good value, very clean and safe! close to market 23 where there is plenty of food options. several supermarkets within 15 min walk. Only a bit of noise can be heard from traffic on the street. "
