"This is a HOSTEL, not a HOTEL. So, PRO: Súper friendly staff, big kitchen you can use, right in front of the beach, in the middle of nowhere. No people around. Perfect for a getaway with no cellphones. CONS: Not the cleanest place, they don’t clean the rooms during your stay, staff only works during mornings so if you need something during the day it’s kinda difficult. "Staff were amazing! Everyone knew us by name. Food was excellent, lots of choices. Lots of activities, very clean, lots of restaurants to choose from. Only complaint was the railing going into pools was not always to edge of pool, bad knee so this would have been very helpful. Hope to return again!"

"The hotel is enormous, with spacious and truly luxurious rooms. There are two main restaurants and the food is very good. The beach right in front is rocky, so no swimming there — but if you walk just two minutes to the left, you’ll find the calmest, most swimmable ocean waters, right in front of Mamitas. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. It was my 45th birthday, and they absolutely made my week. Extremely generous, attentive, and genuinely caring — I couldn’t be happier. A birthday to remember. 💖✨"
