"This is a structurally well laid out Hotel. With some TLC it could easily move from 2.5 Stars to 4 stars, it has great potential. The room I was in, was spacious, AC good, patio fine, but cleanliness let it down and the balcony doors would not lock. No sink plug in the bathroom (as pointed out several times), just waste gallons of water instead. Bar is a bit of a joke. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us.
