"The salt lake , beach, landscape is amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly and doing all they can to help. I did not like the room comfort level and maintenance a lot of refurbishing is needed. Bathroom condition, matrasses, and pillows need to be replaced (expired) - very bad for back and neck health. Television outdated. The ROOM is not up to a five stars rating. Food at the Coral restaurant can be improved with very little effort. "

"Very old poor hotel. Rooms, facilities and landscape are completely deteriorated. Unfriendly staff with the exception of the reception desk officer (Anas). Food was terrible, especially the breakfast where you may stand in a long cue waiting to fill the empty bowls of the very few variety. Main restaurant is far of being tidy. No green grass at gardens, as they’ve burned out of heat and no one cared to renew. Such hotel should be out of operation till complete renovation and never to get...
