« Impressive attention to detail in every corner of this beautiful home. We loved our stay nesled amongst the coffee plantation. The house itself is so large that everyone had their own space and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment. It was great to be able to go for a short walk to Jaques cafe where we enjoyed a delicious brunch. Would love to stay again one day. »

« Amazing home in the rainforest, all the beauty of Bali but clean and quiet. The home is in a beautiful location far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to access everything, Laurie was a great host, met us there on first day to show us around and offer his knowledge of the area, then only checked in to keep the place tidy! Very happy with our stay. Wish it was longer! »

« Cleanliness level was poor when we arrived. The spa bath and en-suite bathroom were very dirty, the floors needed cleaning and there were dirty pots in the cupboard. The spa bath was broken when we arrived and it’s function clearly hadn’t been checked before our arrival. This was fixed during our stay, 2 days after we reported the fault. The resort itself is fantastic. Kids loved the pool and location in Port Douglas was great. »

« We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips. There is also a nice walk along the river at the back of the property. The airport is only 18 minutes away, which we found very convenient at the end of our stay. Thanks for having...

« Absolutely loved our stay in the swimout apartment. Perfect spot, kids had a ball. The pool is fantastic. The welcome email from the owners was thorough and comprehensive, even gave great suggestions as to what to see and do as well as restaurant recommendations. This is definitely on our list to come back too. Only very minor issue was the sliding doors were very heavy to use onto the outdoor area but the humidity contributed to this as they stuck with the heat and moisture. Thanks »
