The ski in ski out formula with ski rentals on the spot, and possibility to access other ski resorts. Quite small rooms with tiny prefab bathrooms, but super clean. Beds extemely comfortable. Very lovely, helpful staff, great breakfast and night buffets, and a lot of snow ! »

« Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! « Hotel qui aurait besoin de quelques rénovations, les chambres ne sont pas très propres, la salle de bain est minuscule et pas au niveau d'un hotel comme celui-ci et les chambres manquent de rangements. Le spa par-contre est vraiment excellent et les bains japonais (onsen) très agréables. Personnel de l'hôtel adorable et efficace. »
