« House was nice, spacious &AC worked well. We had an issue w/the water upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. The house manager isn’t the easiest to get in touch with, as he doesn’t always reply in a timely manner, but the owner stepped in&got our water situation solved. The house isn’t cleaned daily (we were told that up front) but my husband suggested they should offer a price for daily cleaning service which would’ve been nice. « My husband and I and our 2 daughters and their families met our friends from Canada in Pedregal to stay in this amazing villa! The living spaces were large and open, the bedrooms were huge and all en suite, and the pool and 2 hot tubs saw hours of fun! The villa was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance to Cabo and all the shops and restaurants and to the marina. It was a perfect place to relax and reconnect with our loved ones! »

« The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. Not many food spots within walking distance except a breakfast dinner across the street which was really convenient and food/staff were great. »

« The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Communication, check-in, amenities, cleanliness, location, view, outside areas, pool and beach were all outstanding. We were supported the entire time for things like recommendations. There were absolutely no issues but I feel like if there were, they’d be addressed immediately. « We had a great time at the Villa. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing and super responsive. My only issue with the house was the location in relation to the beach. I have been to Cabo many times and was familiar with the area. The pictures made it seem that a private beach was easily accessible by all. We found out that was not true. We weren't allowed to use the Waldorf beach and the other beach was a 15 minute walk away that was all up hill and uneven, my parents...

« Palmilla was absolutely stunning. This home and the views were everything we hope for when booking. « This was easy and so perfect for our large families. Lots of room with lots of space. Lots to do. Plenty of privacy. Bocce ball, pool, large outdoor patio area. I would not hesitate to rent this again if we return to the area. It was so much better than the photos. A car is necessary for this location but very worth it.
