"We enjoy staying at the PLH, it is in a great location, convenient, & generally a good friendly atmosphere. The front desk & admin staff are very professional making it easy to deal with. However, the restaurant & bar service is terrible! It was a similar story for breakfast or nighttime at the bar. Very slow, taking 1/2 plus to get a drink, forgetting orders etc'. There seemed to be plenty of staff wondering around but there wasn't any organisation, or a lack of direction?? Def' not run off...

Staff are always busy but friendly and accommodating. The shower pressure is a problem as it is very low but do still work. Sheets were clean and towels are changed daily. There is a communal kitchen for tea, coffee and breakfast cereal for guests to use."
