In the commune of Pénestin, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 91 m² house with sea view, less than 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 150 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows :  
First floor :  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, poufs...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
1st floor:  
\- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
