Large single-family house "Villa au Parc Ny", built in 2000\. 750 m from the centre of Pénestin, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.7 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 05.Sep.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach "de la Mine d'Or" 1.7 km. Tennis 850 m. Nearby attractions: Pointe du Bile 5 km, Guérande - Parc de la Brière 23 km, Barrage d'Arzal-La Roche Bernard 25 km, La Baule-Pornichet-Le Pouliguen 30 km, Golfe du Morbihan 40 km, Vannes 46 km. Hiking paths: GR34\. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
