Cozy Home in Downtown Pendleton
- Our Cozy Cottage Home is in the heart of Downtown Pendleton. When with us on your stay you will have a private residence( this is our primary home and it is dog friendly). With a 5-7 minute walk to our quaint little town there is many amenities close by! Restaurants, Falls Park, and small locally owned businesses!
If wanting to explore even more in Central Indiana we are only 27 miles from downtown Indianapolis, 10 miles from Ruoff Music Center, and 10 miles from an outdoor shopping center.

Amazing Space to Stay!
This was a perfect place to stay for a few days! We had a concert at Deer Creek for two days and the commute to and from was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!
This was our first day at a VRBO and it was perfect! The host was very accommodating and everything was clean and well thought out from check in to check out! Everything was exactly as pictured, and I would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in the surrounding area. It was clean, quiet and very quaint. Loved the town too. Very pretty area! I would definitely recommend to others.
