### Cozy Pender Island Waterfront Cottage

Panoramic ocean view one bedroom and loft cottage with fabulous ocean front deck. The resort offers many great amenities including 2 swimming pools, restaurant, and marina. This oceanfront cottage has a full living room with gas fire place, sofa bed, tv/dvd/cd player, telephone and wireless internet connection. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a view of the ocean and full bathroom. Large wooden deck with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture.  
  
Free Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival, minus the booking fee. Should you wish to cancel within this period your deposit will be fully refunded. Final payment is charged to your card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking, minus the booking fee. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
