The house is beautiful and clean and set upon the most gorgeous, secluded property. Everything in the home seems fairly new.....bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc are all nice quality. Although we mostly ate out at restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. We did experience a couple minor issues with hot water and electricity, but Aillem was amazing and made sure everything got taken care of right away. Efrain, the landscaper who stays on the property, was also very helpful. We wouldn't have known what to do when we lost power and he fixed everything. Our teen boys also loved his dog, Lobo, who hung out with us most evenings. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The wrap around balcony was great and we enjoyed sitting out in the mornings and evenings just listening to the sounds of nature. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Stacy C. The beautiful two bedroom house is well apportioned and has everything that you need with so much attention to detail, down to the romantic bottle of wine awaiting us. We enjoyed spending time on the veranda with the magnificient view and the sounds of life eminating from our surroundings. We also enjoyed walking the country road and coming upon the restaurant at Luna Nueva Lodge, not far away, where we had a lovely dinner. Most of our meals we were able to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. Even though we had become accustom to cold showers while in Costa Rica, we really enjoyed the hot shower here. Aillem, our host was extremely accomidating and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. La Fortuna, with all its attractions, is only about 15 or 20 minutes away. If you are looking for a romantic hideaway not far from all the actrivities of the surrounding area, this is the place. Great views, lots of birds and the grounds keeper made this stay special.
