Highlights have definitely been the easy-going reception staff as well the lovely common area on the top floor. I would recommend anyone visiting Penang to stay here. It's centrally located and has a 24 hour reception. The staff are accommodating and the area itself is convenient. The only wish for improvement is for the toilets and bathrooms to be cleaned daily. Room was very spacious and clean. Also appreciate the complimentary teas and coffee. We only drink coffees in the morning and we stayed 3 nights but there were only 2 pods so we had to ask for more for the next day. Everything else was great. Appreciate that they offered free shuttle to a few places of interest. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
