We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and professional. We ate in the bar or restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the interesting menu and the quality of the food.
Definitely the place to stay in Pembroke.
Could not fault the place very old but the rooms are clean very very comfortable. The stuff we’re fantastic I had a really nice stay there if I go back that way again I will stay at the Kings Arms again.
Lovely warm welcome, large spacious rooms, clean but a little tired. Delicious food and overall a lovely stay in a beautiful old pub. Highly recommended!
You get a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great place opposite the CSTLE.
The room was warm, clean and very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee.
Great place to stay.
Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous food.
And a very convenient situation in the heart of town. Managed to do a wonderful walk out along the estuary from the hotel one day, so didn’t have to use the car.
And a hearty cooked breakfast!
Would definitely stay again.
Very comfortable stay. Good, convenient location and with the bonus of private parking.
Great breakfast and we enjoyed a variety of small ( not very small ! ) plate evening meals in the very homely pub.
Excellent food, well prepared, excellent choices on menu, staff are caring and courteous.
The inn itself is a little quirky, I can see the character in the rooms upstairs.
All in all a good central base to explore the area.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast & delivery was exceptional
The house keeping of our room was excellent
What I would recommend is a new mattress & bedding, this let down our comfort.
The mattress creaked & you could feel springs every time you turned over.
My room was comfortable and clean. The dinner and breakfast I ate at the restaurant was delicious. It was super easy to walk to the castle in the morning.
After a long trip, we found the perfect staff ande place for resting. The accomodation was superb and the crew amazing. Super clean, confortable and quiet. Thanks
Lovely old Welsh hotel in the main part of town. It has great traditional decor, wonderful room with large window, breakfast was very nice with very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the absence of much in the way of public transportation from the ferry port to the main part of Pembroke where the hotel was located. That was not the fault of the hotel so the hotel itself was great!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Gluten free options. Rooms and hotel in general are very clean.
Pressure of shower wasn’t great, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
I booked a single room which was cosy and the bed was very comfy. I had the best shower and a great sleep. Free easy to get to parking. Most staff were super lovely, I worked a night shift and was too tired to get up for breakfast on request they packed my breakfast for me which was such a sweet touch. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff were very welcoming at this hotel. The room was nice and big but there was a strange doorway up some steps to our room in an annex.
Parking was very tight so you have to be a confident parker and access to the car park is along a road at the back of the hotel.
The restaurant meals were fantastic - super quality, so much so that we didn't venture elsewhere for our evening meals. For me they were 10/10.
Breakfast was ok - for some reason it didn't come above ok compared to the evening meals (not sure why).
Location was great and very handy for our first visit to Pembroke. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely place to stay the staff were friendly and helpful . The food was really good and was a good central point to go off and explore other places , will return
