« We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. »

« We have stayed in Penny's lovely properties in Trewent Park many times, and always have a fabulous stay. Le Chalet is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked perfectly for our family. We love being so close to the beach and being within a short drive of so many beautiful spots, as well as being right on the coastal path - handy for walks with wonderful views in either direction. Penny is a fantastic friendly host, answering queries promptly and providing thoughtful extra touches...
