« This place was newly refurbished. It was clean and modern unlike some of the other hostels. Spacious room, not crammed. Other facilities was good. Yellow CAT and Red CAT buses (free shuttle buses every 8 mins and 4 mins) were only 3 mins walk away. Convenient to go into city. Supermarket only 3 mins by walk. »

« The refurbish is great. Very modern style, looks light and clean. The reception "desk" looks great, the staff are no longer hiding from the guests. (the staff may have some concerns with their safety) The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs. I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Swimming pool was closed. Disappointing experience. »
