Breakfast and meals looking out at the sea and the surfers you could not beat or the view from the infinity pool. The rooms were well decorated and spacious, with a huge balcony, ours had an elevated sea view which we loved. The food in the restaurant was delicious and most importantly the staff, they were so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room, 05 was very close to the service road so there was a lot of noise from trucks and workers from 6:30am. The room was just a standard but nicely decorated. The dining options in the area are limited. We ate both nights at Warung Gede next door which serve simple local cuisine. As we weren’t surfers and we don’t ride scooters, 2 nights was the perfect amount of time here. Anyways. There were loud vehicles RIGHT OUTSIDE the rooms early and the morning and some type of construction going on that kept waking us up (had climbed Ijen the night before so really needed the sleep) the welcome drink was AMAZING! Great location. Great staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent food and coffee. I came to surf the point so was not really worried about sight seeing in the local area. If tge swell is down and no surf tvere is not really much to do except chill by the pool, read and get a massage at the local beach warung There are some other options for food and meals in the cafes nearby, but I noticed that people not staying at Bombora regularly had breakfast and dinner here. You can sit at the Breakfast bar and check the surf.
