Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, available from January 1st to December 31st, or rinse off in the outdoor shower.

It provides access to the loggia and the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a private bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to the loggia and the swimming pool. The second bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third bedroom also has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it leads to the patio. Additionally, there is a separate shower/WC.

The villa offers a large terrace spanning 100 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, deck chairs (accommodating up to 6 people), and a covered balcony.
