The property boasts amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, a tennis court, and an installment plan for your convenience. Located in a secluded, sunny, and elevated position directly by the skiing area, this chalet promises a memorable stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with various activities and attractions nearby. The property is situated just 10 meters away from the Portášky ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski bus stop, and ski school, catering to both adults and children. For hiking enthusiasts, the Krkonošský národní park offers picturesque trails to explore. Additionally, the renowned Sněžka peak (1603 m) is only 6 km away, and the Bobová dráha/Relaxpark Pec pod Sněžkou is just 3 km from the chalet.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet provides a range of on-site facilities, including a sauna, fitness room, massage services, a steam room, and a hot tub (all available at an extra cost). Additionally, a spa area located 100 meters away is available for shared use (extra charge). Breakfast can be arranged upon request (extra cost). During the winter season, the property is accessible on skis when snow conditions are favorable. The apartments are adjacent to the pension Modřín, where you can take advantage of additional services such as wellness facilities and a restaurant (extra charges apply). Parking is available, but during the winter season, it may be necessary to use guarded parking lots located 150 meters away (extra cost). Baggage transport by roller is also offered for an additional fee.

Nearby attractions include Bobová dráha/Relaxpark Pec pod Sněžkou (3 km), Sněžka (1603 m) (6 km), Mladé Buky (12 km), Kowary (26 km), Aquapark Vrchlabí (29 km), Park miniatur Mysłakowice, Karpacz (34 km), Adršpašsko-teplické skály (40 km), Jelenia Góra, Zoo Dvůr Králové, and Kuks (45 km). Additionally, well-known ski regions, such as Černá hora-Pec pod Sněžkou (3 km) and Černá Hora-Janské Lázně (12 km), as well as the Dolce lake (25 km), are easily accessible from the chalet.

The ground floor includes a living room with satellite TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, along with a shower/WC.

The rental comes with a terrace and terrace furniture, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful countryside views. Other amenities include heating, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. The property welcomes families and is non-smoking.
