The bedrooms are distanced enough from the kitchen that early risers won’t wake up those who want to sleep later. TVs in every room may not be for everyone but again allows large groups to spread out. Double garage was a plus and made loading the car in the rain an easy task. EV charger was a nice benefit but only if you own a Tesla or a car that accepts that standard. Being able to walk the short distance to the beach was awesome especially as during our stay there were 20 foot waves to admire. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Shame the house doesn’t have a smart lock which would make checkin even more straightforward and remove risk of losing keys. Kitchen was well equipped and was a pleasure to cook in. Ample room for everyone and wonderful layout, so you aren't bumping into anyone. Fully stocked kitchen. It was wonderful that a smores kit was available (we didn't use it due to the fog). Clean, a great location everything you need in the kitchen, and the beds were comfortable.
