Basement was cold asked multiple time to increase heat. He did raise it two nights out of the six nights we stayed. We had to get a heater close the door in the deform to stay warm. There is a small electric heater in library that didn’t heat the area. He informed that he put a new smart thermostat in, that’s great for upstairs but zero control for the basement.
