This was our first time staying there, and we had no idea that we weren’t supposed to touch anything. We picked up a few items just to see what they were and later realized that we would be charged for them. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was very understanding and removed the charges from our bill when we checked out. I’m glad we noticed the charge before leaving the hotel.
