As far as space, it was perfect as we had family over for Christmas lunch.The beds were very comfortable with clean linen supplied. Kitchen was well supplied however the oven was not particularly good as it was very slow.When we arrived we found the bins full so not very impressed. TThe step in the kitchen was quite a hazard as it is not clearly visible that it is there. A few of us fell off this step on a few occasions including elderley parents. I would suggest that something be put there to make it more visible or you may find that someone has a serious accident.Blinds in the bedrooms were dusty and dirtyOverall all was ok however for what it was,we felt it was too expensive.
