A unique stone built rural house with a lovely terrace, renovated to offer you all modern amenities in the heart of Paxos island! This ideal summer home is fully equipped and able to accommodate 8 persons in two bedrooms and living room. It is ideally located 1km from the beach or just 1km from the center of Paxos town. A unique location for total relaxation and peace of mind! Air-condition, wifi, TVs, washer available for your hassle-free holidays on this paradise island!  
  
This 135m2 newly renovated home with great outdoor terrace is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 people. Our home is situated just 1km away from the nearest beach, popular for its crystal clear blue waters and just 1km from the center of Paxos.  
  
If you do need a place for your vacations where when you wake up in the morning, listening to the birds singing and the summer breeze whistling in the trees while you enjoy your breakfast then this is the perfect home for you!  
  
During the night, you will be able to spend hours under the stars on the wonderful terrace while you enjoy your dinner or your favorite wine with your friends and company.  
  
There is one double and one twin bedroom and 4 more persons can be accommodated in the living room sofas that can be turned into two double beds. The living room offers spacious and comfortable areas plus dining area. The house features a modern bathroom with washer and fully equipped kitchen with extra dining area. One bedroom and the living room area are air-conditioned. All kinds of essentials are provided for the guests...

Our house is located in the village of Makratika just 1,5km away from the center of Paxos. The village has one cafe-restaurant but in the town of Paxoi, you will find a number of shops, services, pharmacy, banks and many cafes and restaurants. Paxos is a very small island so its famous beaches are within close reach. Water taxis and boats can take you to different beaches each day around the island.  
  
\*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
