Steeped in southern coastal charm, time-stamped by original shiplap and beadboard, heart-pine floors, old-fashioned window canopies and classic Charleston green trim on white exterior, this vintage 1940’s home also provides plenty of modern conveniences and comfort. Two screened front porches (up and down) provide relaxing outdoor living spaces with the ebb and flow of the nearby surf setting the clock to island time. Matching floor plans on each level provide open-concept common areas with a fully-equipped, updated kitchen as well as dining and sitting areas. Also on each floor, the primary bedroom with king bed is in the front and two more bedrooms and updated full bath are on the other side of the central kitchen where an additional sink and stacked washer/dryer are located.
