Other amenities include a tennis court, pickleball court, an on-site restaurant, bar, pro shop, and a golf school offering lessons from professionals. This home is perfect for avid golfers, families, beach lovers, and snowbirds, with easy access to Pawleys Island Beach and Litchfield beaches, festivals, attractions, amusement park rides, parks, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, and world-class golf courses. The charming atmosphere of Pawleys Island provides guests with a laid-back attitude, while being close enough to enjoy all the excitement and action that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Charleston is also just 70 miles south of Pawleys Island, making for a fun day trip. I did have a few questions and emailed the owner but didn’t receive any response, which surprised me, but nothing was very critical to our stay so we managed. Pictures of the place don’t do it Justice, pleasantly bigger than anticipated. Neighbors above we’re on the move throughout the night. Footsteps, interrupted sleep but not enough to ruin the stay. Beach was beautiful and reason for the trip…further distance from complex than anticipated with limited parking. But still was able to show up to beach during times to get a spot. ##### Susan R. We come to Pawley's to play golf, so the location is perfect for us. We noticed new appliances and pots and pans on this visit. We only use 1 bedroom, but the main bed is comfortable. We like this condo because it is ground floor, for our 15 year old dog. The owner is quick to respond with any questions or problems. Parking is convenient and ample. While we were there, it was quiet and family oriented. This is not a party spot. ##### Candy R. Not as crowded and not as much traffic on this end of the beach. Highly recommend Huntington Beach State Park for beach access. Only problem that I had was the cleanliness of the place. I don’t feel that is the cleaning people do that great of a job cleaning. I had to buy a new shower liner for second bathroom because it was disgusting with mold and mildew, I bought a shower mat to cover the tub floor. I also had to sweep the floors and clean the silverware. The kitchen drawers had crumbs in them, which I also cleaned. I will say when the air conditioning wasn’t working the landlord was wonderful on getting back to us and having the HVAC guy come out quickly. Other than that we had an amazing time! ##### Leonard S.
